Customer service was good, they had me in and out quickly. Quality of the nails could have been better, I asked for sweater design and one nail you could barely see and the other was non descript and had bubbles as depicted in the photos. Wanted to get my nails done professionally as I have only been able to use press-on nails lately due to not having a job and medication I take makes my nails weak amd thin. Now that I have a job with long hours I couldn’t find a salon open on Saturdays that I could get into. I had forgotten about our new Encore Nail Spa until today. I called and was able to get at 2:00 PM. Once I arrived, I did have to wait about 30 minutes before I could get my nails started, but that was fine with me since these nail artist do an awesome job at what they do for their clients and the prices are within reason of the others in town. I had taken 2 of the last press-on nails that I had worn to see if the artist could replicate them. I was completely impressed and satisfied the Edison was able to do the Ombre technique the way I wanted. I will be back because of availability of weekends hours of Encore. Looking forward to a pedicure in the near future!
