The lady Anna that did my acrylics nails seemed like she had ZERO experience on acrylics. She made my nails too wide & thick. I had to tell her several times to fix my nails. When she was soaking my old set off, she didn’t completely soak it off. You could see my old powder underneath my new set. She burned two of my fingers while filling my nails & still proceeded to file my nails after I told her it hurts. She left a lot of acrylic under my nail. They don’t care about quality at all. They want to get people in & out. My real nails are ruined because of this lady.

I have been coming here for sometime, I was late for appt. For 8 mins and they cancelled it, I was never told the grace period but it was okay. Fast forward to my next appt. The nail tech was running behind and I had to wait 20 mins. Then 3 weeks later I come for my next appt. And they told me my nail tech is running late if someone else could do my pedicure and she will do my dip powder, I said okay no problem. They finish my pedicure (45 mins later) and tell me my tech will be right with me, 20 mins pass by and she still doesn’t take me, it’s now been an hour since my appt. Time which clearly shows me that she did not care about my appt. And just took somebody else. I had to end up doing my nails with a different tech of which 2 days later 2 nails broke very easily and 4 days later half of one came off. I am giving 3 stars to be nice but they have no respect for clients time and that nail tech did a terrible job with my nails. Paying $100+ for service you expect your nails to last at least 2 weeks.

definitely not worth the price at all. charged me $115 for short-medium nails with no jewels or anything special. $10 for “length” less than one inch. $50 for a small design . SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Don’t go here. All that and they made me sit there for three hours leaving gel and nail polish on my fingers not to mention cut my skin on my thumb

I love Encore nails.Steven is the best for nails. Every time I show him a picture of what I want. He always gets it right. Tiger does my pedicure. Let me tell you. Tiger understands the assignment. My pedicure cracked less than one week after getting it. They told me they would fix it for free. After getting it fixed Steven decided to charge me $8 for the fix like what the heck ! So unfortunate because I liked this place and I’ve been going since I moved to Florida but now finding a new nail shop. That was not kind! Pedicure

I have frequented this establishment for the past two years and never have a been treated with such disrespect by the so-called owner. I came for a simple pedicure and when I told the young lady what I wanted she explained the price change, I explained that I always come to this nail salon and never paid to have my polish removed off of my toes. Next the so called owner comes over trying to explain but not before increasing the price even more. I asked for the manager and this is when she starts with her horrible attitude and waving her “I’m the Owner” flag everywhere. I spend anywhere from $100-$150 plus tip anytime I frequent this nail salon but today was my last day stepping foot in Encore Nails! I work very hard for my money and I refuse to let anyone speak to me as if they are better. Hard working clients are what keeps businesses flourishing so Ms. Horrible Attitude, I’m the Owner Lady you may want to take a Customer Service class as you are lacking in this skill and Karma is Absolutely Real!!
