The first time I went here it was a good experience, however the next and last time I went it was horrible. A professional nail tech should not peel off an old acrylic nail before doing nail a fresh new set. The lady literally ripped off my nail then said “oh yea for you we soak.” Then tried to soak my finger in acetone! And tried to glue a nail onto the nail bed she just ripped to the point it was completely bleeding because she could glue it higher. Yea I was not in the mood to get an infection. Then the manager only gave me 10% off because she offered to glue another nail on. This is ridiculous I was excited to go back and now I’ll never be going back again. The rest of my nails were good too, I would’ve been happy if my nail was not ripped off!

I have been patronizing this place since they opened and typically they are very clean and most technicians do neat work. Today however, I must have gotten an inexperienced tech who not only cut me (without apology) but also couldn’t manage to give me almond shaped nails (or a consistent shape) for that matter despite me providing photos to help him understand what I wanted. After he messed up the first hand, I mentioned it. The tech called someone else over and together they blamed me for the awkward shape in the most condescending tone.

Tyson and Emily are excellent nail techs! Tyson took his time and let me enjoy my full pedicare; he kept the water warm, did an extensive massage, and I felt pampered! He also did a beautiful ombre dip powder manicure and I am so satisfied with his service! Emily does wonderful designs for my daughter and they are both super professional and friendly, and customer service-driven. I would definitely recommend this place as it is also clean, and has a calm atmosphere where you don’t feel rushed!

Critical: ProfessionalismUpdate: went back for manicure and Dip and the girl was drilling my cuticles off. I told her she was hurting me and she said I had sensitive skin!!! Avoid at all cost. This place is not professional and they will leave your hands in pain.I didn’t have time for a full set which takes 45min to an hour so I decided to switch to a polish change after my pedicure & told them I was in a little bit of a rush to pick my dog up. The women insisted I pay first saying if “I mess them up” I need to pay first… i told her no please paint my nails I’ll let them dry a little, pay and leave. She continued asking me to pay her. All she did was file my nails until I had to just leave. I was uncomfortable and the women was rude. I was told they normally do this.. I’ve never heard of someone paying for their nails before they get them done. After I left I looked at my pedicure and my toes look awful I won’t ever be returning. I came in a while ago with my sister for a full set and it was terrible that should’ve been my clue not to go back- I will add a picture. I’d rather drive to pink n white in Brandon they do a much better job. Very nice shop. Clean and friendly staff. Great location and has lots of food places nearby. The prices are very fair. Lilly is an amazing nail tech. She goes the extra mile and has amazing attention to detail.

I had made 4 appointments for myself, my daughter, and my friend and her daughter. They didn’t even see us until 45 min past our appointment time. We didn’t get to sit by each other. They finished us one at a time, which made the time spent here extremely long (almost 3 hours). When they started working on my daughter’s nails, they kept telling her what would look better versus what she was asking for. She kept saying yes since I was not near her and she was nervous to say no. This resulted in a much higher charge than I had told them to do for her. We won’t be going back.
