Critical: QualityWent in for the first time last week and will be be my last got acrylic stiletto gel nails not only did it take nearly 2 hours my nail just broke and normally they last about a good 3 weeks

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter (3) and I went to get out nails done. By no means do I expect my 3 year old to leave with perfect nails just because she squirms and touches everything before they dry, but our nail technician took time and was patient with her and my daughters nails were beautiful. Getting your nails done is hard with a young child and a bit nerve wrecking but everyone at Enchanted Nails made us feel comfortable and relaxed, which is a lot when your hanging with a toddler. By no means do I expect my 3 year old to leave with perfect nails just because she squirms and touches everything before they dry, but our nail technician took time and was patient with her and my daughters nails were beautiful. I have gone to Snow for my gel nails for about three years. We moved and I went to another salon for about 6 months. My nails were consistently horrible at the new salon. I decided to drive the 30 minutes and go back to Snow. I am having dipping powder nails done now and she does a fantastic job. I won’t go to anyone but Snow from now on. I have been having my nails done for over 20 years using acrylic, gel and now dipping powder. Snow is the best nail tech I have ever had!

This is my go-to salon semi-close to my house, but Snow is awesome. Very friendly and great service! The first time I went there, a customer was pretty nasty because she mis-understood the reason why the salon can’t use a razor for pedicures anymore- they aren’t allowed to by law because too many customers were getting cut (in many salons, not just theirs) and there is too much risk for infection. However, even though the salon doesn’t use them anymore, they still have to keep the tools in the autoclave because it’s the only sanitary place to store them. If the health inspector comes, they can get fined for storing them anywhere else. SO because they were in the autoclave, the customer accused them of lying. The tech who was doing her pedicure didn’t know a lot of English, and misunderstood what the customer was asking for- she thought she meant the grater tool). Anyway, this is an honest salon from what I’ve experienced and Snow always does a great job on my nails, so my rating is based on my experience with her based on other salons I’ve been to. I’d recommend them!

I love how they do gel I would not prefer dip but that is my opinion. I love Snow she is the best person you can have your nails done by. I recommend this place to you because they make sure they do your nails perfectly.
