June 2022 I think that enchanted has more consistency with people as I am able to ask for who I want now and there are about 3-4 massage therapists that I prefer over others and I just ask for who I want or one of those people.

I use to go here all the time but when I paid an hour and a half and only got an hour 10 mins. I will no longer pay money due to the owner not doing the right thing I did talk to the owner and she was going to look on the camera to see when I came in. She never gave me the 20 mins that was owed. I go somewhere else now in Yorba Linda and always get the time that I payed for. I spent ALOT OF MONEY at Enchanted and tipped well. Sad.

my girlfriend and i went 3 times and really enjoyed the couples massage, but the last time was horrible and will be the last time we go here. It started out fine. But we felt they werent putting enough pressure on our backs. Thats what massages are for to rub out the knots and stress in the muscles. But all they were doing was basically rubbing oil around. So each of us asked if they could apply a little more pressure then after asking, it seems they were upset so they started painfully and aggressively massaging. To the point it wasnt enjoyable and was really hurting. My girlfriend asked her masseuse if she can put more lotion cuz it was dry and . They spoke to each-other in their language and called her a chinga , which i later researched basically means shut the F up and dont be annoying . So now we both feel brusied and beaten really bad. More pain than before coming in.
