Critical: QualityI got gel on my toes….by the time I got home they were all messed up from my socks. She must have forgotten to put top coat on my left foot and cure it. On my other foot she hit my big toe with the light and tried to fix it and left it super uneven. I got gel on my toes….by the time I got home they were all messed up from my socks. She must have forgotten to put top coat on my left foot and cure it. On my other foot she hit my big toe with the light and tried to fix it and left it super uneven. I’m pregnant and couldn’t see my toes when I left, but decided to take a closer look once my socks were sticking to my gel…otherwise place was clean.

Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueWonderful experience! The nail tech (I’m pretty sure she said her name was Mary, but she spoke pretty quiet so I could be wrong) was constantly perfecting the small details to make my nails look perfect.I pick at my cuticles and I had a very tender spot on my thumb, and she was very gentle with it. She slowed down to avoid getting the polish on that spot, but she still got the whole nail painted! It was like I had perfect cuticles again haha.There is also a wide variety of colors to choose from. And the prices were decent. I paid $30 for a gel manicure.The only negative thing I have to say didn’t apply to me. A customer was paying but she didn’t have cash for a tip, so she asked if she could Venmo the tip. The lady checking her out was not very kind about that. She was obviously annoyed that she didn’t bring cash to tip. Understandably, so though. If you are going to get your nails done, you should bring cash for the tip. But from a customer service perspective, the worker shouldn’t have shown her annoyance like she did.Service: ManicureWonderful experience! Rose was very attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted and I could not be happier. As a mom it takes alot for me to schedule ME time and Rose made it perfect thank you do much!!!!
