Kristi is the BEST. I was hesitant to get lash extensions at first because I didn’t know what to expect. Kristi explained everything to me in detail, the process is very relaxing, and the results are FABULOUS. The best part (for me) is waking up with beautiful lashes and not having to apply mascara or a ton of eyeliner. Oh! And I get to see Kristi every two weeks as well!

I had a wonderful experience getting a set of lash extensions with Hannah at Enchanted Beauty Bar! The salon was clean, inviting, and I was impressed with the setup of the lash area. Hannah was very professional and courteous. She made sure to ask questions to ensure I would be happy with the end result and made it a point to check in frequently to make sure I was comfortable with the process. I also enjoyed chatting with her and felt at ease the entire time! I was impressed with her work, and was taken aback at how natural my lashes looked (wait – did I grow these myself?!) I received a lovely new customer gift upon checkout with a mirror and a makeup brush and I was able to purchase an aftercare set as well. Overall, this was a lovely and relaxing experience and I will definitely be back for biweekly appointments with Hannah! Book with Enchanted Beauty Bar now, you will not be disappointed!!

Hailey is absolutely phenomenal every time I see her for my lashes! I have had some bad experiences with lash damage in the past from previous lashers in the area and she totally took those fears away! I even saw her for a facial one day and it was the most relaxing and wonderful experience I’ve ever had! She puts so much heart and soul into her work and is one of the best estheticians in Richmond!!!!

Please find another place for your eyebrow wax or at the very least, do not use Kristi! I have a huge painful burn under one of my brows because she over waxed. I could tell she was going in too many times with really hot wax but tried my best to trust her. She then put oil all over the burn which really only makes burns worse. I am in so much pain right now. She even admitted she hasn’t been waxing long and doesn’t even like it so… why are we letting her do this? I don’t write many reviews but this really felt like something I need to warn about. It’s a cute place and she was nice enough but I will be treating a burn on my face for the next week and praying it doesn’t scar.
