Came in with two of my other family members with SCHEDULED appointments for all of us. Myself and another got pedicures which were pretty good. My cousin waited 30+ minutes to get her manicure after the scheduled appointment time. Once he called her she explained that she wanted a gel manicure with tips for length. He rudely said “gel manicure with tips? I don’t have time for that” he then went up and asked someone something and came back and asked to see her idea and then said “no I don’t have time for that I have time for gel manicure not gel manicure with tips” my cousin asked if anybody else had time and he shook his head and said no. She told him that she would go somewhere else so he proceeded to go sit at his workstation for the next 30 minutes doing nothing. My family and I have been going there for quite some time but after the rudeness we will happily take our business elsewhere. Clearly they don’t need the business if they are willingly turning down customers with appointments that are standing there ready to have the service done after waiting 30+ minutes.

I got my eyebrows waxed day before yesterday and it was horrible this was the worst i have ever had I wish I would’ve stuck to my normal waxing place. The top is after they did them the bottom is what they usually look like after they’re waxed. I thought this would be a good place but I thought wrong it was near my house but the quality is bad the women in the front was sooo rude I’ve never experienced anything like that. When I tried talking to the manager after my eyebrows where completed to let him know they messed up he didn’t try to evaluate the problem he just kept saying wait so I paid and left I won’t be recommending this to anyone and if I were you I wouldn’t go here unless you want bad service and horrible eyebrows.

I’m new to the area so I asked people (who had pretty pink and white) manicured nails where they got their nails done. After the third person said, Ann at En Vogue, I realized this must be the place. I’m sold. I’ve been three times and I’m now a regular. Clean, friendly, reasonable, convenient and best of all, I have had several people compliment me on my manicure.

If I could give this place less than a star, I would. I have never had such a bad experience at a Nail salon before. I came here Bc My normal nail salon was all booked up and I couldn’t get in. TERRIBLE decision! This place is FILTHY. When I first sat down, The towel looked like it had been used on several people before me. The table looked like it hadn’t been wiped or Sanitized in days…& there was nail dust and particles everywhere. They do not sanitize any of their utensils…or make up brushes..they don’t use alcohol to wipe your nails off..nor do they soak them beforehand…I’m just waiting to get a nail fungus…. The lady that did my nails was completely RUDE. She was not friendly what so ever. She did not speak most of the time. Never asked my opinion and all she kept telling me was to relax my hands… She did a terrible job! All sides of my nails are filed off, where she filed the polish off… I have never seen anyone file nails after they are “done” so to speak. I kept complaining to her, hoping she would re “dip” or fix what I didn’t like, and she said rudely, “did you make an appointment tonight? Like I was lucky enough to even get in…..I’m sorry you said you accepted walk ins….and said “sorry, I’ve already finished, I wish you would have told me beforehand!!!! She seemed so frustrated yet she just kept filing to fix her mistakes only making my nails worse… If this wasn’t the biggest waste of time, money, and tip!!!! I will never be back to this place nor reccomend ANYONE to come here…. I’m appalled!

Ann is so rude! She was yelling over top of me at the receptionist and the girl who was doing my nails while I was getting my nails done. This isn’t the first time she’s blown up in on her staff in-front of her clients while I was in there either. I will no longer be taking my business there.
