I like the way Doretta takes her time and ask you questions about what you want to do with your hair and if you have questions she’ll tell you her opinion, then tell you to think about it before doing anything. She also gives lots of self help tips. In addition her shampoo massage is to live for!!! The conversation are always appropriate and the atmosphere is relaxing and calming.
