This nail salon is the worst i visited, their colors are not original! You should update your color template!!! i wanted Pedicure Regular and a dark color and she didnt wanna listen to me what i wanted! Instead i get a very Ugly light color and a Deluxe Pedicure!!!! And the Pedicure didnt even look good and its uneven! Spent 60$ for fu. nothing! Im so angry and disappointed!!!!!!!! I don’t recommend AT ALL!

absolutely awful. went in for a full set today and the lady rushed through them, completely ignored my color choice, she also FORCED me to get gel, the length is choppy I would’ve been better with press ons from Claire’s . absolute 0/10 would NEVER suggest this place

I had Kim for a pedicure. From start to finish worst experience in 30 years of getting my nails done. She was rough using a drill with a rough file over the cuticle and over my entire real nails which they should never do. I got a full spa pedicure for $45. No massage of my feet and about 3 minutes on my legs. Massaged half my legs while paraffin on feet. Never touched my feet except to apply sugar and mask. Cut my nails so short you can see the skin under. It’s was painful bc she was so rough and scraping the file hard against my skin. Cut 2 spots on my toes. Nails were so choppy and uneven at ends I had to get my own file out while she was buffing to fix them. I said rounded edges five times she cut so short and filed square and now too short to round edges. Polish was even worse. All over my skin, clumpy and didn’t cover all the nail. My bad for not reading reviews before trying them out. 2.4 stars. Now I understand. I have never not tipped even if not satisfied. The fact I was charged full price for a 30 minute full spa pedicure and it was painful and there was virtually no massage- I opted to not even tip her. A pedicure shouldn’t hurt. Dirty and no sanitizing either. Go anywhere else but here. Michelle D.

I loved my nail tech she’s a 5 star for sure but she left suddenly went back to the salon some of my nails fell off and were lifting before 2 weeks I literally NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH TRACY consistent excellent work and the ability to pay attention to detail she will be missed…definitely don’t think ill drive 20 min out of my way to go back to mediocrity work.

I already had my tips done somewhere else but wasnt feeling the colors I picked, so I came here to get a color change… my nailtech took me in even though they were about to close and she did exactly what I wanted without rushing… I have to say these are the most beautiful nails Ive ever had in my life… I could not be happier with how gorgeous these came out!!!

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve come here before to get manicures and never had any issues. Today I came to get my acrylics soaked off. She started off by just chopping my nails which my natural nail was the same length as the fake tip. Then used the sanding bit to remove my polish. She told me the nails were “too new” to just pop off so she soaked one hand in acetone and began cutting my nails again on the other hand. She took an acrylic fake nail tip and pushed it between my real nail and the acrylic to pop it off which ruined my nails. She sanded down the wet acrylic on my other hand and then proceeded to pop only portions of the acrylic off and just left it. She buffed my nails began to file them completely stopped and that was that. I was charged $15. I came here so my nails were not ruined but instead ended up with nails cut at all angels and acrylic left still on my nailsService: Acrylic nailsI’ve come here before to get manicures and never had any issues. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHonestly, completely unsanitary and rude staff. It’s my own fault because i couldn’t make an appointment at my normal place and i saw that this place was open and no wait. There was a good reason for the lack of wait..they do not sanitize tools in between use and reuse items like cuticle clippers with out cleaning and overall service was incredibly poor. Staff member would not listen to requests and did not do nails to requested style. She covered my hands in superglue for who knows why….even gluing the acrylic again after applied?? She literally glued our hands together at one point…..not sure if she was okay to be honest.Questions or requests were ignored and then she forced this hideous flower sticker on me even though i said no multiple times and charged me $10 extra… even though I said no. ALSO, the nail polish was running out and there were gaps and voids in the polish coverage before i couldn’t even request another coat before she started putting the top coat on. I would go back to have it fixed but I’m genuinely concerned about the sanitation and the scammer mentality of the staff.Do not waste your money at Emy’s Nails. This place is a potential staph infection wrapped in a what could only be a money laundering front as it doesn’t make sense how this place is still open. Will not ever return and disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it. I send my thoughts and prayers to those who do.Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails, Nail artHonestly, completely unsanitary and rude staff. I had my nails done at Emmys several times and felt satisfied, however, my last experiences have been highly unsatisfactory. The last few times that I had pedicures or manicures, the same technician insisted on servicing me, however she did not provide quality service. The gel polish would chip or lift easily and my cuticles were a mess. Moreover, she made many comments to the other workers in their language and by their laughter and snide looks at me, it was obvious that her remarks were about me.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked for a classic manicure with clear polish, but the woman working on my nails proceeded to put on gel without me asking. When I noticed I stopped her and reiterated that I hadn’t asked for gel, but she still tried to charge me at the end for the gel, saying it was already done and that I’d have to pay for it (the gel looked horrible btw – very cratered and uneven). I hadn’t wanted or prepared to pay for gel, so after some back and forth she agreed I could pay for the classic manicure, yet she continued to mumble under her breathe about it and go back and forth with me in the dead quiet salon. I tried to be polite but it was very uncomfortable and honestly pretty rude. I have no doubt this was done intentionally to pressure me into a higher charge. Don’t be swayed by the convenience, the quality and service isn’t worth half of what they charge. Be warned ✌Services: Manicure, Gel manicuresI asked for a classic manicure with clear polish, but the woman working on my nails proceeded to put on gel without me asking.
