I haven’t been to this salon, but after hearing about it and seeing their work online I plan on booking a visit in the near future. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueExcellent, excellent customer service. Called on a Friday for an appointment on Monday. (Yes I know…..) I explained that I had been out of town due to a death in the family, and my daughter had been left on her own to prepare for her prom. Despite being CLOSED on Mondays, a stylist offered to come in and do a prom updo for her. Not only did my daughter look beautiful, but the kindness and professionalism of the staff was overwhelming. I explained that I had been out of town due to a death in the family, and my daughter had been left on her own to prepare for her prom.
