WILL NOT honor their own gift card! After having a facial, a pedicure, & then a massage for my birthday gift from my daughter, the owner informs her that they will not honor the gift card purchased from their facility. This is after my daughter received clarification of approval of the gift card from their secretary during scheduling that the card will be honored upon arrival. Not only is the money lost for the purchase of the card, but now the owner forced her to pay for all services rendered. Owner had NO remorse for the situation!!! Dishonest way of doing business!!
