Sonia is great. Her shop is clean and organized, and she welcomes her customers with open arms while providing high-quality work and transparency about what she’s doing and what you need to do to take care of your hair. The only downside is that it’s hard to get a weekend booking because she’s so good at what she does that those slots get taken up quickly.

So I started going to this saloon about 3 years ago and sonia always did my dreadlocks with no complaints at all because she knows what she does. Recently, she was all booked so I decided to book in with one of her colleagues whom I had never met before so it was my first time! She did my locks, it was a nubian twist style but it didn’t really look good. the hair was loose, not my usual style. So I sent a message to sonia about my dissatisfaction and she apologized and even refunded my money. Little did I know that she actually took it personal. So after a while I booked to see sonia for my dreadlocks and she kept canceling my appointments! I called her to ask why and this very unprofessional woman told me that I should never go back to her salon to do my hair because I was dissatisfied with the service. My question still goes out there, should someone just keep quiet over a job not well done because whoever the stylist is has done the job for years and no one has never complained? Really?? Am sure feedback is always good as we all learn from it! Anyways I got a great stylist with very good customer service and respects her customers views. Just know that at that saloon, you say nothing after paying your money regardless of whether the job is done well or not.
