I visited Empress to get a set of ombre acrylic nails. I was greeted and helped very quickly, which I appreciated. I showed the nail tech a photo (attached) that was my inspiration. He replied that it wasn’t done correctly and that he would fix it for me. I agreed, trusting his expertise. And while the finished product (also pictured) was nice, I don’t feel it looks much like my inspiration at all… I was also quite surprised to see that the service would cost $65, considering that a manicure wasn’t included. (No nail shaping, cuticle trimming, hand massage, etc.) So overall, not a terrible experience, but I do wish some things were done differently.

Awful, awful service and nail care … we went in August 17th for x3 pedis and x2 mani and kids gel nails .. we spent close to 350 dollars that day hoping for beautiful work.. man, did we think wrong! Pictures below are my nails with chrome color and gel on top . It started to bubble and peel off the next day and my nails are lifting. My mother in law ended up getting covid and wasn’t able to be around us . I called an tried explaining my situation to then 2 days after but no one could understand me and vs versa. Very frustrating

I recommend this place for y’all who love to get my nails done every month. The owner is Vietnamese and he is super nice. He knows what I want and I am satisfied with how my nails look. The place is clean and really spacious. This place will be my favorite go to salon from now on!

This nail salon is one of the best in my experience! My nail technician name was tiny and he did an amazing job. I came in wanting a full set of long acrylics, I had an inspiration photo but I also allowed creative freedom. My set came out better than i expected. He was talented in many popular trendy designs. I was treated with the most respect and also got offered drinks when there. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the west/south Jordan area ! The spot is fairly new as well and so beautifully decorated inside.

Tried this place and was overall content. At first I had some questions about the pricing but the managers were very helpful in resolving my concerns. I did loose a rhinestone on this set just a day after but didn’t really have any lifting on the edges so I was happy about that. I also like that they can do just about any design. My daughter loves getting a mani/pedi sometimes too.

Came for long nails here and think they do a great job! It was really nice because they were professional and paid attention to details. With the high-quality gel polish, my nails lasted a good two weeks. Everything here was nice and new and clean. I would highly recommend!
