Took almost 1.5 hours to do a basic set! Sloppy work, didn’t even buff out the edges (left them sharp). Got acrylic above my cuticles and on skin. First time client and wasn’t impressed. $50 for this set is ridiculous. Understandable if the work done was great!

I scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance at 12pm. I got to appointment on time and was told someone would be with me in 10minutes. Fifteen minutes pass, and I ask if they will take any longer. The receptionist (nice lady) asks the manicurist and she tells her about another 10 minutes. It’s 12:25pm and the manicurist is still busy with the other client. I asked if they were not aware there was an appointment scheduled at 12pm, receptionist said, “Yes they were aware, I am not sure what happened, I just got here.” Disappointed. I understand most places won’t see you at the exact time, but 25 minutes after and still don’t see you? Ridiculous

Very nice building and staff. However, the girl that did my pedicure took too long which is not an issue if your work is going to be good, but she left the corners of my nails poking me and had to go else where a week later and they took out the corners that were starting to cause ingrowns in both my toes. Not to say they are pretty pricy compared to other salons.
