I used to love coming but the last i came i got a pedicure by Selena. My friend was with me and she was also getting a pedicure. Both the lady kept giving backhanded compliments and kept laughing. So sad i used to love coming but they were so disrespectful to my friend and I for no reason. The lady also drilled off my whole pinky toe and ended up cutting my skin multiple times. I don’t recommend coming here unless you wanna feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

I came to Empress Nails looking for a last minute appointment the day before I went out of town and they weee able to fit me in the same day with no wait! I got a full set with dip+tip and a simple nail design and I could not be happier! They took time and care perfecting each nail and made sure I left with what I wanted. I can’t wait to come back!

The place is beautiful and doesn’t stink with all the chemicals. Didn’t have to wait at all. Technicians are nice and friendly. 4 stars because Shellac manicure cost was not thick enough to have consistent color. I picked light pink and it still has my nail coming through, I think it needed extra coat. Prices are reasonable. Pedicure was done well, will see how long it lasts.

I came in on a recommendation from a friend. I was very disappointed with the outcome. My nails are uneven and got completely cut down and we’re not at all what I asked for. I know it happens sometimes that they get a little too short but my nail is gone and I’ve never had them this short before. I also have some burns and cuts making my hands very sore. I told her it got a little hot at some points and she just kept going. Of course I paid and tipped a small amount because the guilt got me. Long story short I won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending this salon myself.

Love this salon! Each person has a specialty, the one I wad with was a perfecrionist and kept returning to touchup the nails. I am a nail biter and so it was hard to get perfect fake nails on top (I got dip powder) and I ended up bleeding due to weak cuticles. All of their tools are new and santizier and they are very, very clean and professional so despite the cut I wasnt worried about infection at all. I am very happy with the nails!

Best place to get your nails done. From the most simple to complicated designs, the staff are knowledgeable, kind and do all they can to create an inviting atmosphere. They maintain highest levels of cleanliness and covid measures. Their Deluxe pedicure and specialty scrubs makes even the harshest runner/dancer feet look beautiful while the large space can accommodate groups and walk ins. I am the biggest Empress Nails fan!
