11/10! I haven’t had a better experience at a hair salon. She took great care of my hair and went above and beyond to make sure it’s healthy and hydrated. The hairstyle lasted a very long time and looked amazing! She was very accommodating and made sure I was at my graduation on time. She’s very sweet and is great at her job. She has a lot of knowledge and gave me a lot of great advice for hair care.

Aja provided some of the best service I have ever had. I walked in and we started the appointment on time, which I am not used to when it comes to hair appointments. She also finished my hair incredibly fast, allowing my friend and I to get to work on time! I have not had my hair washed with so much intention and care since I was a kid, it was therapeutic. I definitely felt taken care of while receiving services from her. We also had amazing conversation which made me feel like I was talking to someone I already knew. Aja is a genuine person and puts care and love into her work! I definitely will go to her again and I absolutely recommend her!

I am so happy that my friend referred me to her. She has helped me with protective styling for my natural hair including braids and sew-ins. She also encourages taking care of my hair aside from these styles to keep it healthy. Aja is very accomodating with schedules and comes up with new ideas for my hair during my postpartum hair changes. Very warm atmosphere and salon. Awesome, friendly personality. You can’t go wrong with giving her a try.

I literally called asking for a miracle! With all the confidence in the world I was told what could have happened and how it could be fixed. Since it was unclear what was going to have to be dealt with she asked what my schedule was like and asked if I had time to come by so we could talk about and fix my nightmare hair! When I arrived an extremely warm welcome. I felt right at home. I could tell immediately that I was going to be in good hands. My hair was extremely damaged from a previous hairstylist in Maryland. My hair had been fried and then I was told to use a purple shampoo that actually grabbed on my hair way to hard and turned my hair gray/green!!! There were a few clients that were being worked simultaneously- I was like seeing a beautiful orchestra! Everyone there was treated like the priority and extreme care was given. I was taken over to the sink and that is where the miracle started to happen. Within a very short time span, I was in a styling chair with a beautiful color! I did not think that I was going to be able to walk out with 1. All my hair! 2. A natural beautiful hair color or 3. Meeting one of the most talented stylist. I had hit the jackpot and won all three!

I liked my hair cut and style a lot. Aja took about five inches off and it is longer on one side than the other (by design). Aja told me to find pictures and she would use that as inspiration.
