They are all fantastic and Emily at the front desk makes it so much easier to stay on top of my appointments and schedule them. I have had great results with all of my services at Empower! My esthetician, Alyssa, has been so helpful throughout the process of getting rid of my hyperpigmentation (sun spots) with the use of Deluxe Hydrafacials as well as Environ and SkinMedica medical grade skincare products which really are so helpful in achieving your desired results. I would highly recommend Lash lift and Tint as well as Emsculpt NEO! I had great results and can’t wait until I can do more treatments.

Love the medical staff but the policies and front desk staff do not make sense. I was a no show to 2 appointments (due to a death in the family) so they took two of my prepaid treatments away without letting me know. Then went in for another treatment and when I went to check out the front desk lady said that I owed for the treatment? I asked her why she didn’t tell me this before my appointment or maybe tell me my last appointment that I only had one treatment left. She said this was the patients responsibility to keep track? She even has asked for my credit card to keep on file? Idk doesn’t seem right. Will never go back.
