I went to Beauty Emporium after a friend recommended it and got full highlights done by Avery. Let me tell you- she understood the assignment! I had longer hair and my color was very sad and drab looking. I showed Avery a photo of what I was wanting and she did exactly that. Cut off a ton of my nasty dry hair and created this cute little bob. Every step of the way she explained what she was doing and why. Happy to say I officially found my hair girl! 10/10 recommend this salon and 15/10 recommend Avery!

Please do not visit this place or try their recommended products. Right after getting my hair colored here, my hair started falling out after the first wash and has continued to over the last 3 weeks. I had thick and healthy hair and it’s completely damaged. I don’t think their products are of quality or they’re expired. I’ve never experienced this before with dying my hair.

I have been coming to Emporium Salon regularly for over 3 years. Karen is extremely talented and kind and gives me a stunning cut and highlight every time. She has worked with me to stretch my time between appointments to save money and have healthier hair. The salon is chic and clean and I always receive first class service at an extremely reasonable price. They’ve always offered drinks (wine, coffee, water etc.) and just recently started included a snack tray for longer appointments – such a special touch. Highly recommend!!

I scheduled an appointment for a haircut wash and style, when I arrived the stylist(Karen) that was supposed to cut my hair was busy with another lady so another stylist which I did not get her name “helped” me. She had other two ladies that she was helping already so she rushed everything with me. She did not even wash my hair which the price I paid for includes a wash and she barely blow dried my hair. I told her i just wanted to trim split ends and maybe add some layers and the picture below is the result of her work. Very uneven and the front part of my hair is longer than the back, so embarrassing. I contacted the salon to get it fixed which I guess they were busy again so the stylist told me she would call me back to schedule but she never did instead sent me an email asking what time I could go back and I replied to her with a time but I never received any reply or appointment confirmation so I let it be. Very disappointed in this experience since it’s not the first time I go to this salon and it’s close to my job but I guess I will have to find somewhere else to go.

Time to go elsewhere. I have been coming to this place for the past 18 months, and it was great at the beginning. The last few times has gotten worse.
