Messed up my eyebrows she did not apologize and was in denial of messing up my eyebrows. They are no longer symmetrical. No lotion to sooth irritation either. I said I was staying paying her and would appreciate an apology but nope. Be wary.

I liked going but after 2-3 times I find that not every spot is hair free. My skin is very sensitive and I express that prior to any wax and share my waxing experiences. My inner was waxed over multiple times that it caused inflammation and burning sensation which my skin happen to get ripped off. I contact lady and was ignored. Contact through website they wanted me to come in for a cream. I would’ve felt better for an actual refund instead. She is quick and fast, but I think she should take her time more than a faster service.

Coming back to this place for another Brazilian. The best experience I had. She did my Brazilian in 10 minutes (I was worried because it was my first time doing Brazilian and I expected it to be about an hour). I waited to write the review because I wanted to see how it would run out a couple days after the wax and the skin looked healthy and soft. Definitely recommend this place !
