Words cannot express how I feel after going to Jose’s shop for the first time. I have lived in Dallas for six years and have been looking for decent barber the whole time. From the door to the chair Jose’s customer service was nothing like I have ever experienced. I thought I was going in for a simple haircut, what I ended up with was an experience. It was a complete transformation. The work he did and the service he provided; really there are no words that can describe it. The self worth that I feel right now is priceless and if I could give him 10 stars I would. That is how good Jose is. From the customer service to the hot towels to the face massage to the conversations that he had with me and my wife. It sets the standard for all barbers to emulate. Echoing what others have said, this is an excellent haircut as well as a genuinely fantastic experience. I have been looking for a barber for ages and came to Jose after seeing all the good reviews but I had no idea it would be THIS nice. The cut, the hot towel, the face massage, the hair wash, you really get it all. Plus it’s a nice little spot, very chill and easy to feel relaxed. I was confused at first but it’s actually inside the “Salons by JC” building so hopefully that helps someone find it!
