Ryan is the best! We drive 20 minutes for my son’s haircut, as he is the only barber that I will allow to cut it. We once needed a last minute haircut and used somebody else close by. My son looked ridiculous. I texted Ryan, and he had us come in right away to fix it. My son is only 3, so I’m anticipating many more cuts at Empire!

Didn’t have an appointment. Posted hours in the window were 9am to 6pm. Went in and sat down. There were 2 people getting cuts. After about 5 mins. One of the barbers tells me they are closing after they finish the clients they are working on. It was a little after 4pm. The other barber (Jariel) said he would take me. Got a great cut. Very happy with it. Interestingly while I was getting my hair cut another client walked in for a cut with the barber who told me they were closing and he seemed to be expecting him. Even though the service was great and Jariel gave me a great cut I got the distinct impression I didn’t fit their preferred clientele. Not sure if I would go back despite the great job Jariel did.
