Positive: Professionalism, QualityWonderful experience from beginning to end. I was greeted at the door, which unfortunately isn’t customary at all barber shops nowadays. I booked an appointment on the app “the cut” with Joshua. He has a nice private station in the back. It is definitely Covid safe if you’re looking for separation from the other clients/barbers . He is friendly, very thorough, and made sure he knew exactly how I wanted my hair then executed. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was greeted at the door, which unfortunately isn’t customary at all barber shops nowadays. I booked an appointment on the app “the cut” with Joshua. He has a nice private station in the back. It is definitely Covid safe if you’re looking for separation from the other clients/barbers . Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was looking for a new barber, so I’ve been shopping around for a place, but I made a bad decision choosing this business. I scheduled an appointment online, but when I showed up, they had no one available. They kept asking me irrelevant questions and wasting time.They confirmed I did have an appointment and gave me the only person available. I sat down, the guy cut my hair, and did an awful job. The barber butchered my hair and I was very mad. It was $30 for a bad hair cut. I’ve had very good haircuts for cheaper. I ended up going to another place locally and had them fix my hair. Luckily, I was able to get my hair fixed and look good still.I do not recommend this place. I was looking for a new barber, so I’ve been shopping around for a place, but I made a bad decision choosing this business. I scheduled an appointment online, but when I showed up, they had no one available. They kept asking me irrelevant questions and wasting time.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueSat down at the barber chair, but then had to wait 10 minutes for it to start despite being called over. Barber constantly walked away from me for minutes at a time and could care less about giving me his attention. Didn’t feel safe when being straight razored because he was distracted talking and looking away while holding it close to my skin. Sprayed water in my face multiple times because he got distracted. And to top it off, my hair wasn’t cut to how I asked. Barber constantly walked away from me for minutes at a time and could care less about giving me his attention. Great Barbershop! I can see why people come from all over San Diego to get a haircut here. Very clean and cool atmosphere. The people are friendly and keep the place very nice. My Barber is Henry and he is a master at his craft. Gave me a killer haircut and trimmed my beard in a way that I’m not able to do my self.
