Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had appointment with Stacey September 1 to have my hair bleached out, my hair turned yellow, and Stacey & Emmy Who is arguing over my hair in front of other customers and very loud, so they made me another appointment for September 3rd, Stacey said they wouldn’t be a charge because they messed it up the first time and when I got there Stacey informed me that the owner Emmy had informed her to charge me $35 for something that she use the day before I said that’s fine just fix my hair. make a long story short Emmy ended up doing most of my hair on second time I was there and my hair turned out purple, platinum, yellow and even a hint of green she told me it would wash out the more I wash my hair!!!
