Even when they had to move we did our best to stay in contact. It’s not even the amazing talented barber’s and hair stylists. It’s the feeling of welcome and comfort. My family loves this place.

Great barber shop with amazing prices! I’ve been going to Emma’s for about 8 months now and have always had really good customer service. I typically have Morgan cut my hair and he does a great job, sometimes it can be tough to catch him at the shop, or available to cut my hair. I went in last week and asked for Morgan, but he was in the back taking a lunch break I believe. So I had Emma cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. They are all very friendly and easy to talk to. Oh yeah, and did I mention that they have great prices!!! Lol

So you need a haircut. Why go here? Well first off let’s lay this out. Disregard the Salon part in the name. It’s really a barber shop. Don’t worry though. If you’re in a rush, just tell Michelle and she’ll get you out the door in under 15 minutes. If not, prepare to chat and enjoy a cut from one of the most gifted barbers in the Valley. Michelle is extremely set on making sure you leave with the cut you want..and the cut you deserve. She needs new customers, and the shop really needs it thanks to the COVID-19 situation. So drop in, and sit in the chair of the only barber I trust in the State of Utah. It won’t break the bank either.

Emma cuts my son’s hair, and she does a nice job every time. For the experience and knowledge I observe in Emma, I feel the price is very low. This family-owned business definitely has a neighborhood feel, which you don’t see a lot of anymore. It is wonderful to walk in and see the family working together and to be welcomed like a friend.

Why do you do business when you are not available for the customer? I have been going to this place since 6 months and not even a single time they sent me home in less than 2 solid hours (talk and talk and talk). I visited the store today evening, no customers were there first, then 4 more customers came in and we all were waiting since approximately 45 minutes when the person supposed to do the haircut is sitting right in front of the salon in his car and doing whatever, without any concern towards people waiting for him !! It is ridiculous to take the customer for granted and make us wait for no reason. When I asked the owner, she said like it is my choice to leave or stay (implying to leave tone) if I cant sit until whenever Mr. Prince can come in to start doing the haircut. They also said that is the way they do business and I need not go if I do not want to. I just walked away and decided to never go back. The hair stylist is good but I recommend this place when you have all the time in world and not busy, you can go there to get the haircut. Worse attitude and customer service and wish could give ‘0’ rating. Thanks for reading.
