I made an appointment with Emma and she was wonderful. My son is 14 months and had his very first haircut. I was nervous because I wasn’t sure how he was going to react, but Emma took her time and interacted and played with him. She really made the experience much easier. I recommend making an appointment if it is a younger child so she can tell you a good time so she can spend an adequate amount of time with him/her. She is lively and kind. She has a lot of experience. I will return in a couple of months for his next haircut. Thank you!

FYI, this is a cash only location. Emma’s Hair for Kids was a great place for my little 2 year old to get his first haircut. They had plenty of things to distract him and the stylist was super calm, and worked quickly to get him finished before a meltdown. That being said, my little guy loved the Thomas and Friends toys and was able to be held by mom for the haircut. I think next time he might be open to sitting in the car themed chairs.
