Visited Emmanuel’s salon yesterday for the first time. Was seriously blown away with the uniqueness of the salon, that’s an experience in and of itself!! Greta gave me an awesome inverted bob, she was thorough, patient, knowledgeable , professional and super sweet. Oh and she squeezed me in for a last minute brow touch up as well – also , perfect! I am pretty picky and booked my 6 week follow-up appointment; so there you have it!

OMG I’m in love with this hair salon it’s gorgeous inside and out not only the look of this amazing place but the hairstylist are out of this world. I didn’t have an appointment I came in an hour before closing and they made time just for me made me feel very special and at home. My hairstylist Raina came all the way back to the salon just to do my hair this woman is amazing so sweet and so caring and I was a little nervous but as soon as I met her all my worries with out the window. Very professional and knows what she’s doing It was like talking to a good friend I would recommend Raina to anyone I will definitely be back to see her.

I called last Saturday to try and make an appointment for my 9 year old to have her hair done for a wedding in july. It’s now almost a week since I called and nobody has returned my call yet. My niece ( the bride) also called and nobody returned her call. She physically went into the salon to try to make herself and my daughter an appointment. She was told each stylist has their own appointment and schedule. That’s understandable. However, the stylist TEXT my niece back and really didn’t give her the indication that she had the time or the desire to set these appointments. Call me old school, but a phone call would have been more appropriate to set a bridal appointment. you need to ask the bride her desires for style and make-up applications for her big day. If the stylist didn’t want the appointment, maybe consult with another stylist to see if they wanted to do it. Very disappointed in this salon. Have made an appointment with someone else who actually seemed to want business.
