Positive: Professionalism, QualityThis was my first time using Emma’s salon. The staff were very friendly. My 12 year old got her hair bleached and died blue. They did an amazing job and most importantly they treated my daughter well. We will definitely go back for other hair treatments and styling.Service: Hair coloring

I absolutely love my hair the ladies there are so nice and friendly very patient and Lord MS Emma I love her already my hair looks amazing it’s not to costly and the outcome is great! I moved to this area 2 months ago and I was looking and needing a beautician and BOY I PICKED THE BEST!!! I absolutely love my hair the ladies there are so nice and friendly very patient and Lord MS Emma I love her already my hair looks amazing it’s not to costly and the outcome is great! If you need a good stylist I recommend Emma’s hair salon you won’t be disappointed

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe worse experience. My mom and I came to this salon and made an appointment for as soon as they opened. My hair is a little bit longer that my shoulders (medium length) and my mom’s is up to her ears, she doesn’t have much hair. My hair is also very thin and very easy to manage. We scheduled hair dye services. I came with a picture of what I wanted which she ended up doing what I did not want. My hair came out very yellow instead of ash blonde like I wanted. Also my hair is EXTREMELY damaged. It is all chopped all over and some ends look as if they were “gum”. We were there as soon as she opened and were the last ones to leave as she kept taking people that didn’t even have an appointment before us which is very unprofessional. She kept telling people to come in…. i was very upset. This was a total disaster snd we left paying $600+ dollars.Service: HairstylingThe worse experience. My hair is a little bit longer that my shoulders (medium length) and my mom’s is up to her ears, she doesn’t have much hair. My hair is also very thin and very easy to manage. I would never try to give no stars not even that they deserve a negative amount of stars for the half fast and ugly work and not to mention how I was terribly mistreated. I went there for a simple cut. I asked for u cut hair. It’s pretty simple if you actually know how to cut hair which they didn’t. My hair was shoulder length and I left with an UGLY BOB CUT. Not to mention she was pushing me around in the chair. She tried to overcharge us when the service was around 20 dollars at most and there was a sign that said 10 DOLLARS OFF OF ANY SERVICE. SHE CAME TO MY CAR DOOR AND SAID THAT SHE WAS UNDERCHARGING US BECAUSE A HAIRCUT WAS WORTH 75$$$$$$$$.
