Even though this place is the closest to me, I try to avoid going there. I have only been there 3 times out of convenience and each time they have made insulting comments. All I need are my eyebrows threaded. They have made comments about my skin being horrible (I had a couple of hormonal blemishes), and told me I should see a dermatologist. Other times they told me my eyebrows were too thin, etc (i’m Italian – my eyebrows are definitely not thin). the price is good and they do an ok job. But I still prefer to go elsewhere where they do a better job and don’t make unsolicited disparaging comments

All I’m going to say is do not go here to get your brow threaded. I left with the chair once I noticed the end of my right eyebrow is threaded off. She was insisting on fixing and nothing could me done. My Bday is in a couple days and my brows are messed up. Eyebrow threading

I went to get my eyebrows threaded. The woman was very respectful and kind. Unlike many other reviews, I thought the establishment was clean and welcoming. However I voted it neutral because I don’t love my eyebrows. They’re ok. I can’t say she ruined them but don’t look super sharp and clean

So I just left Emma’s about 30 minutes ago and was compelled to leaving a review. Firstly, I was seeking someone new because I was tired of traveling long distances to my regular.
