Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHonestly, worst experience I have ever had at a salon. I bought the $400 membership for unlimited services and only saw her twice. When I tried getting ahold of the seller again it took up to a week before she answered and then wouldn’t see me until another week. She stated personal reasons and that she had another job. When trying to schedule an appointment it almost felt like you had to work around her schedule. I never knew when I could get a hold of her, she doesn’t have a set time or schedule.**Beware, she never let me know that if you miss an appointment she refuses to see you for a week. I had my mothers birthday the day after I was suppose to see her and she sent me two different appointment times which made it confusing. One for 1:30 p.m. and then one for 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday. I thought I was suppose to see her at 4:30 p.m. and she claims to have told me that she switched the times. I did not like how she wouldn’t answer my call for days, worst customer service. Be prepared for lack of response at times. I would understand if I kept missing appointments, which I didn’t, but it was an honest schedule mistake and I had my mother’s 60th birthday planning in my head. After I was suppose to see her July 16 I was not able to get a hold of her until July 23. That was only because I gave up calling and sent her a message through her website that she finally called me back.I also wonder at her experience level, my skin developed a rash on my stomach after I had the lipo cavitation treatment with the body wrap detox, and I did make her aware of that. I thought perhaps my skin was sensitive but after her lack of professionalism, I don’t know. This place just opened up in June 2021 and I regret giving it a chance. I love giving new local small businesses a try but this one really made me regret doing so. Especially because it was so expensive and I was so excited to receive the services to supplement my weight loss goals.Learn from my experience, don’t waste your money here, $400 is a lot of money to lose for a supposed unlimited services membership and guess what…it really isn’t a membership.Edit: Seller said she stayed an hour later, you were there for services I paid for. As for the waist trainer, no it was not free, you said it was something I got for the $400 I paid for membership. So yes, not free.Honestly, worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityGreat service! I went it to get the Pearl Package and I immediately saw a difference. I’ve been back 4 times since and I’m hooked. I also loved the fact she had waist trainers on site. She even gave me a complimentary sauna session that I can’t wait to use.
