Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been coming to this shop for almost 10 years !! I always told myself if I was to ever move out of state…I would fly back here every month just see Annie !! She does AMAZING work ! Her and her husband go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make every customer happy !! If you have younger children (I do not ) they make sure to make them feel welcome as well ! I cannot say ENOUGH great things about this business !! They are more like family to me now and I couldn’t be more grateful for them !! All businesses get bad reviews and I totally get that , but the customer service Annie and her family deliver is nothing short of amazing. She handles everyone with care and respect , even if they are not so respectful to her . I have been coming to this shop for almost 10 years !! I always told myself if I was to ever move out of state…I would fly back here every month just see Annie !! She does AMAZING work ! My nails are just so cute and perfect every time but what I really love is the atmosphere. Annie and Saavy are so personable and nice. They make it their goal that you have a good experience and will fix anything that goes wrong with your nails even after the date of service. I have been visiting Emily Nails for about 3 years now and I can’t go anywhere else. My nails are just so cute and perfect every time but what I really love is the atmosphere. Annie and Saavy are so personable and nice. They make it their goal that you have a good experience and will fix anything that goes wrong with your nails even after the date of service.
