I loved my first experience with this nail salon. The nail technicians were so very sweet. Lynne and Helen helped me and I truly felt welcomed. I got a gel mini/ ped and loved how my nails came out too. The place is very clean and every nail tool they used was taken out from a fresh sterilized bag. I’ll definitely be coming back. I came in for an acrylic full set with gel overlay and a pedicure. It was my first time coming to this place I checked the reviews and they seemed pretty good. I had a woman do my acrylic set, to be honest she did take a long time setting the acrylic on my nails and it just seemed a bit sloppy but I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking that at the end of the service everything would come out nice and clean. from far away they do look good but up close I can feel the uneven bumpiness and the tips aren’t all the same, some are rounded and some too pointy. It’s not the the kind of work that I’m used to getting. The woman who did my pedicure while cutting my nails started digging into my big toe and I pulled it away from her since it hurt but she grabbed my toe and continued, she pulled out a piece of my nail from the side and said I had a hang nail, later that day my toe was sore. 3 days later and my toe is still sore I have some swelling.

Came here on a saturday. I got a pedi ($18), my mom and grandma got mani/pedis. Lots of parking. Clean bathrooms. Great service. Friendly staff. I love the massage chairs you sit in too.

I love this place! It is extremely relaxing and spacious. I did the manicure and pedicure? I absolutely love the results and the process. I also cut my hair with Angie ! She was extremely helpful with asking me questions about my hair and explaining me things about my hair and the haircut I wanted. She definitely has a passion for her job and you can see it!

I loved Emil’s Hair & Nails Spa! The ladies that work here are very nice and do their job really good. One of the employees speak spanish so it was easy for my tia to explain what she wanted with he hair. The end result was beautiful, same as my nails. Prices are good compared to other salons.

A little over priced. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and I just moved into the area, so I’m looking for a new place to go to. I got recommended by a friend…which she isn’t too happy with the place either. But she’s old, so she continues to go because she can’t go out to far. So she did warn me it wasn’t that great anymore. The lady who did my nails there said she’s been there since the 90’s and there’s been 3 owners. She was nice. I had my 4 year old who was well behaved and they treated her nice and they let her sit with me. But the work itself wasn’t that great. They left them thick when i asked for thin. And i wanted thin French tip and got thick French tip. I probably won’t go back unless it’s an emergency..but i really liked that they spoke only english while they worked on me…it was also a bit dirty in the stations. But way over priced. Seriously wow.

I had been going to this place for my nails for more than 6 months and I was so happy and satisfied, they charged me more from time to time for fixing the nails though. Last time I asked the lady to refill two of my nails a little more completely as I saw my whole nails were nor refilled. I was shocked when I saw her being angry and even told me that she would charge me from now on if I ever asked her for something. I wonder what the meaning of customer service is. Isn’t it making the customer satisfied?
