Haven’t cut my hair in 3 years I love Emilas Salon . Emilia did a wonderful job my color is on point. My cut is beautiful . My blowout is just fabulous. I have extremely curly hair.My hair is so smooth and shiny. I have been a client for over 10 years. Her new place is beautiful and there is ample parking.If you are new to Woodbridge this is the place to go.

I just left Emilia’s and I am in tears. I went in to dye my hair blonde. However, I left with orange roots. They tried to fix it, but in the end, I was gaslighted and told that I’m just not used to it. I have a wedding in 2 days and they ruined my hair. I only tipped because they live on tips. But they ruined my entire hair and left me so incredibly unhappy. Thanks for making me in tears.

In response to Sarah Del Valles comment and the store response approximately 2 weeks ago as she is unable to post another comment and the salon is refusing to answer any messages she sends them and is currently pretending they don’t know who she is: 1) she previously had dark brown almost black hair, not dyed that way, its literally how it grows out of her head, with white blond highlights 2) she wanted as close to blond without being orange(and it was infact new-penny-copper upon her departure.) 3) they did not foil her hair, they slathered it on(unevenly by the way as there were some parts that were still brown after walking out) and massaged it into her scalp like shampoo(hair dying 101 says not to do that as it damages the follicle) and under processed it. 4) they did lie to her face and say there is no orange when as i previously stated it was copper. And told her “its just because you’re not used to it”(which is in fact gaslighting due to the fact that she had white-blond highlights walking into the salon) 5) the ridiculously hard line of where it went from ginger to blond is absolutely egregious. 6) they were openly discussing the fact that her hair was orange and insulting her in front of her while incorrectly assuming that she does not understand or speak spanish.

Worst ever. First they don’t know how to tell pricing. And than they did the worst keratin ever. I have got this service 5 times before from other salons, they all did fantastic job with less pricing and this one is useless. Practically, you will be paying $ 175 for just nothing. And on top of that your peace of mind will also be blown when they will ask extra for washing your hair, which first they tell you is the part of this keratin treatment only. I never wanted to write this review but after my first wash I didn’t find any difference to my hair, so I really want all of you to be aware that this salon is not for balayage or keratin. They would never check if it’s been done rightly or not. Bad bad bad and unprofessional. Never recommend this. And yes they always claim they didn’t put harsh chemicals and tried to use light products but I must update you guys that my hair fall is really bad and uglier after getting your service and I am not at all pleased with your service. And basically, I just paid the money to get rid off whatever hair left on my head. Thanks for your kindness!

She can do good normal hair cuts for guys based on your head type.. If you ask for the type of hair that doesnt allow weird lumps to form.

I went there with my Kid and was able to get a hair Cut with the head stylist Ms. Emilia and let me tell not too many Barbers are able to cut my hair the correct way and to my amazement she did an amazing job with lining me up the correct way without me telling her how to do it, it is a very unique and relaxing peoples place were you can go with your family and feel welcome I live a town away in Rahway and let me tell you the convenience of this marvelous place it has a very large parking area also people and staff are very friendly will be coming again with my wife and kid my child was also amazed at the treatment will give a huge recommendation to whomever lives close by to go there and visit therefore can experience the treatment I was afforded with.

Well I went with my daughters on a Friday and my stylist Fabbiano did not attend me that day, a new girl attended me and she made me a cut that I did not like at all, when I called on Tuesday for my stylist to fix my hair they told me that he no longer worked there, I need if someone knows where he is because I need it urgently. As he does not think he will find another stylist, please if anyone knows of him contact me. Thanks

Go for their haircuts but don’t dye your hair here. I asked for an ash brown balayage and did not deliver. I showed them several reference pictures and said I wanted balayage where my natural black hair remained in the top. They ended up giving me YELLOW highlights which were extremely streaky on the back of my head. There were half inch locks of yellow hair by my ears which look bad when I wear my hair up. The least they could’ve done was tone out the brass.
