Just walking in the door’s starts to get you relaxed! The staff here are cheerful and welcoming. Going back to the lounge brings you to a quiet, comfortable seating area with sofa’s, infused water, tea and coffee available. Restrooms are handy and beautifully decorated. I have never been disappointed with my massage therapist’s here. The list of all the techniques is extensive and worth exploring. I highly recommend Emerald Spa for any time you need some self- care or want to give a very special gift.

Love the Zen massage. Nice clean establishment, easy to get to and ample parking. I always feel comfortable during my service and leave feeling refreshed. The lady at the front desk with the blond hair is lovely. She looks professional! She was pleasant. The other staff were not. Started going to the spa and the other staff said you have to try this one great guy/massages! I said ok, and booked a bunch of massages with him , only to find when I went back the said he’s not here today? I ended up canceling the appointments then. But they keep sending me reminders on the day that I should have gone. Called the first time they did it. They said they would take care of them? The point what I’m getting at is from the beginning, they take your credit card number and if you don’t come they charge any you card anyway! For the second time take me out of emails, text, NOW like you said first time I called!!!

Extremely disappointed in this spa. I called prior to booking an appointment online and they did not even try to help book an appointment on the phone. When I did book an appt online for my significant other as a birthday surprise, I received an email and text confirmation 2 days prior with the correct date and time and confirmed. When we arrived, they stated that I booked for June 18th at 2pm at a random date and time. It made no sense at all. It was such a sad error on their part and I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I have not received any compensation for the time, energy & money we wasted to drive to this place.

We used them for a spa day the day before my wedding. They were able to fit in all of our party on a short notice for 60 min signature massages. The service was quick. They have a small sitting area in the back that is quiet with glass jugs of flavored water. The massages were fantastic and extremely relaxing and worked out our knots. My party where all sleepy zombies after their massages.

My daughter and I had gone to Emerald Springs Spa for the signature massage. The atmosphere was beautiful and soothing. The staff, including the front desk staff were all so friendly. This was a first massage for my daughter and she thoroughly enjoyed it. I took time to recommend the spa on Facebook and would highly recommend it to anyone.
