I asked specifically for a manicure and this is what I got. I was waiting for almost half an hour with my feet soaking. And the woman took another customer before me. I also speak Vietnamese as a second language and they had no idea that I understood their insults about me. Wow. I am just amazed at how upsetting this service was. Manicure

It’s okay. Sometimes they do not honor appointment times even if you have made an appointment. They do nails ok. They do not line the pedicure bowls which I think is a basic health hazard.

I don’t know if maybe the woman I had was new but she tried to take off my real nails though I tried hard to explain they were mine..fast forward. The dip job was awful, powder and film left all over my hands and outside the nail bed, they did gel polish on one hand and not the other, buffed one and not the other, rushed my nails and it showed as they chipped and cracked the next day and deteriorated from there. Do not recommend.

Positive: QualityI have been going here for 20 years. New owners now seem very nice and updated the salon. I am a nail biter so I wear acrylics. They have had to do lots of repairs on my nails! I like that they are open on Sundays. Lena and Kim always take good care of me!

I go here frequently. Less now that I have started a new job away from this location, but when I did go I was treated with the upmost respect and friendly customer service. Anna did my nails and she was amazing! Conversation was great and she is the nicest person!
