I have been a faithful client since 2007 and stepped out a few times to try other new nail salons in the Fairfax Corner area both inside the mall and in Fairfax Corner. NONE of these other nail technicians (e.g. Nail Bar)have come close to the care, precision, quality, and overall excellent customer service as Emerald Nails. In fact,there has been more harm than good like tons of hangnails and waiting for my eyebrows to grow back, Smh. A few honorable mentions at Emerald Nails: Boi (yes, correct spelling), for her awesomeness. Just look at these nails and eyebrows. Hon-t!!! McDonald’s has nothing on these arches!! And Tee for being my foot doctor and the best pedi-tician ever. My feet felt like heaven. Ladies, you do know what I mean by “foot doctor”. She knew exactly how to make my feet clean and truly right. These ladies are my GO TO. I look forward to many more. Ima stop trying other places out because it is “new” cuz I’m learning that new does NOT imply fabulous! This place is nirvana.

I’ve been going to Emerald Nail Salon for a few years and have always gotten great service. Jenny is my go-to technician and she is great, very nice and always helps me pick out a great color. I think the prices are reasonable for the Fairfax area. They recently remodeled the salon and it looks great. Overall a great salon with friendly staff and great service.

This is the worst place to go , manager there is the worst manager. She does not know how to deal with customers and she does not k is how to do nails and wants to do things for what suits her not me and she wants to finish everything fast without caring for the results. I want to her today and she was so rude with me and when I do not like what she did and ask her to make it accordingly to my needs she kicked me out and told me I cannot do it and even she refused to do my pedicure. AUFUL AND RACIST PLACE TO GO . And even she does not care to clean the messy that she did on my nail

I love coming to Emerald Nail! The service is top tier, salon is clean, and the range of colors is great. My nail tech always makes sure that I love my nails and will test colors on me to make sure it’s what I want and will offer a better color if I’m unsure. Usually she’s right about what color I should do instead, I trust her 100%. Designs I bring in are always done perfectly too. Definitely recommend!!!

Each visit they have gone above and beyond what is expected at a nail salon. They have found colors from photos, kindly did my hands and feet at the same time when I had limited time, and always remember me. They always do an exceptional and are committed to giving each client personalized service. They also have the most wonderful and flavorful tea! Until now I have always just gone to whichever salon has same day availability, but I make sure to book in advance now so I can visit Emerald specifically!

I’ve been to this salon quite a few times already and I’m never disappointed! Every lady here has been excellent but my go to is usually Anne. I’ve brought my family here as well and they’ve had positive experiences. Very clean, good prices, color options and it is never crowded or crazy busy (I usually go in the morning).
