I am so glad the Rochelle has moved to Tahoe! I finally have a place to go and pamper myself in my favorite city. I have been a long time client of hers in the Bay Area and we go to Tahoe often for vacation. Rochelle is an expert at all things hair, but no one is better with extensions. Over the years she has done Keratin, tape in and beaded extension on me. She is always so friendly and The Emerald Grove Salon is so cute and cozy. I can’t wait to go back!
