Our Full Body Massage focuses on all areas of your joints, tissues, and muscles. We work from the bottom of your feet to the crown of your head. If you experience pain due to physical ailments this could be the relaxation your body needs to heal. We all live busy lives and a Full Body Massage is a perfect way to rejuvenate.		$80.00
Hand & Foot Therapy (45 Minutes)
Your Hand and Foot Therapy will concentrate on all parts of your feet. This foot massage includes your heels, the balls of your feet, toes, the top of your foot and your ankles. The hand massage includes your fingers, wrists, and joints of your fingers. We work a lot with our hands and feet and this massage therapy can be perfect for those who experience pain due to arthritis, diabetes and other health issues.		$60.00
Trager Approach Ⓡ 75 Minutes
The Trager Approach was started by Dr. Milton Trager. It works to release physical pain and creates relaxation, increases the mobility of your body and helps mental clarity. This Approach is good for personal growth as well as healing of the body. The Trager Approach is for your joy and Wellness. There are many aches and health issues the Trager Approach can benefit such as stress, limited movement, back pain, depression, injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, back and neck pain, physical/emotional trauma and much more. The second part of the Trager Approach which is called, Mentastics. This is taught in private sessions and teaches self-care movements that will allow you to enhance and recall feelings of ease, freedom, and mobility.		$100.00
