Owner is great!! Don’t get the pedicure unless you want a halfass job with a 15 second massage. Also be prepared to listen to your nail tech yammer on personal phone calls while she’s supposed to be doing your service.

Went for a full set, had a 10am appt. The nail tech that was supposed to do my nails had somewhere to be so she asked if it was ok for someone else to do them. I said it was fine since it was my first time there. The girl came in rushing and she had not much time to prepare. She told me the other tech had told her she had to do my nails right when she arrived so she probably had no time to prepare. She started right away and took a whole 2 hours for a very simple set. Her acrylic kept running because her brush was too wet. My nails came out looking very lumpy and uneven, some thicker some very thin. All different lengths. One of them broke 3 days later and I was folding clothes ( not doing anything extreme). She was very sweet but maybe they need to be more organized. I’m glad I had a coupon for $10 off.

I went in for a full set of acrylics and ended up with exactly what I wanted, even though I couldn’t quite explain it, she just knew like she could read my mind or something. I everything about my nails; the color, the design, my cuticles….. The entire experience was truly amazing; my lady (I think she was the owner) was welcoming, professional, relatable, personable, great conversationalist, and overall extraordinary. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI went in with a good attitude it was a place I have never been! Unfortunately the inside of the place was unclean. I was willing to over look because they had really good reviews but when we walked in she placed a woman in front of us even though I had set an appointment. I asked for an oval shape and i got a square type round shape. They are really uneven on top. She didn’t go all the way to my cuticles let alone touch them at all. There are multiple spots that don’t even have any acrylic at all. My pinky nail is almost completely side ways. She was very rushed did my nail in about 15 minutes which was already alarming. None of my nails look the same shape and all around it was all disappointing so if you’re thinking of getting your nails done DO NOT COME HERE!
