Wow what better way to spend my last night in Miami! Romana & Michelle are the absolute best! Both were not only professional but exuded such a warm presence and beyond welcoming! Best relaxing massage and face cleaning I have received so far! 100% recommended. I did with nicole, she is amazing, super professional and the products she used are incredible and gentle. My face is super sensitive and every time I do a facial cleanse all the products burn but this time it didn’t happen. I really recommend this place and her!

I really wanted to enjoy the full experience here but for the prices, I expected much better. Lounge area while waiting for our massages was a hallway with chairs, people walked by and you could hear lots of noise. No champagne, just tea from the employee lounge area, or water from a very dirty water dispenser. Not very relaxing. There were no amenities in the locker room. Just a dirty blow dryer and a dirty hair brush full of someone else’s hair. Pretty sure the soap in the shower was liquid dial soap, not spa soap as advertised on the bottle. The showers were gross and covered in old hair, muck, and mildew. The shower I used didn’t drain well and all the dirty water collected and drained out onto the locker room floor. Three stars because we had great massages and facials, but the facilities need a significant amount of attention to be up to par with their prices.

Great Ambience. Used to like it for massages till I came to know their sheets washing abilities. They don’t seem to clean sheets properly between massages. Oil was getting old on sheets that they went rancid. I point this out to the specialist and she defended it instead of bringing fresh/clean sheets.

Best facial I’ve ever had hands down. Michelle was absolutely amazing and I had the detox facial. I feel so relaxed and my skin is glowing . Worth every penny
