I came in with a very bad layering job that I’d gotten done a few months prior at another place. It was REALLY bad. It looked like I had cut my hair myself. I also had extreme bleach damage on the ends of my hair from a previous color job a few years ago. She did an AMAZING job correcting my cut, and restoring the health to the ends of my hair. My layers are PERFECT. I’ve been getting the same style haircut since grade school, and she’s the first stylist to get it absolutely, completely right on the first try. I’ll be coming back.

Critical: PunctualityHello all I came in for a whole hair highlights service . The first bad thing was that the process took for this stylist my whole Day from 9:00am to 4:30pm. I have lots of hair but base on my experiences, I’ve done this chemical process many times before and the most time it may take is 4hrs, , “on my hair” Also I wanted Sand color highlights and the outcome was not what I expected. Miriam did took her time on me and I felt my Sunday was wasted. The place is nice but the time they took to do my highlights was to much. The worker here not only fixed my hair, but made it feel ten times softer. The worker here not only fixed my hair, but made it feel ten times softer. Oh my gosh!! I love this place! I got my hair and makeup done with Laura for my wedding. She did exactly what I wanted and even finished a little bit early! I was getting compliments all night long! My experience was great. She was friendly, flexible and very talented! Would go back and definitely recommend to my friends!

Im sure all the people here do a great job, but shout out to Laura. She she knows how to cut curly hair wet and dry, which is rare. Shes done exactly what I’ve asked but better. The salon has a non-judgemental and wholesome air. Getting my haircut was always anxiety inducing affair I would dread, but I’ve found myself looking forward to it since coming to this salon. 10/10.

Salon is not as upscale as I hoped from the picture. Person I had spoke very little English, was so harsh when washing my hair that I could feel her nails and had an attitude the entire time and would flat iron the same spot over and over again. Flat iron she used was burnt and now my hair smells burnt too. I hope I still have a curl pattern after this natural blowout. I wanted my hair curled and she started taking the cap off after she finished straightening it and was acting like she was so tire so I just told her to leave it alone. I just wanted to get out of there but then they wanted to charged an additional $22 for shoulder length natural hair which no one mentioned during the short hour and a half experience. I wish I had the owner instead because I heard good things about this shop but my experience was not great.

I was there this past Sunday, I was supposed to get a full color and I was not happy with my finished job. My roots where lighter and the lady did nothing to fix. I asked her to do something but she was on a rush. it and it really made me upset because I paid $128 when on their website the price for a full color was $75. The hair cut and the blowout where good just not the color ☹️

My daughter and I went last Wednesday to get our hair trimmed. My daughter has very curly hair and I asked the girl to cut only 3 inches off of her hair. The girl that cut her hair was the only one of the two women that spoke English. (Very frustrating when it’s someone doing a service for you) Her mother was to do my hair. I advised her daughter to let the mom know that I wanted **** 1 INCH **** cut off of my hair. They started to wash both of our hair and the mother was scrubbing my head so hard that it was actually hurting! How do you tell someone that doesn’t speak English to stop scrubbing so hard? Anyway, we both get over to the chairs. The mom starts hacking away at my hair. Inch after inch gone. I wondered if she was going to stop! Nope. Kept snipping away. I lost between 3.5-5 inches of hair. At that point, I thought well she had already cut the length and there was no turning back then. She got done and I had already read reviews about it being overly priced there so when the younger girl/ daughter asked my daughter if she wanted her hair blow dried I said no. We got to the front and she says $60 for both. I thought wow… that is pretty hefty for two haircuts. Maybe I am just frugal but I thought haircuts were a bit cheaper. I looked at my daughter’s hair and it was way shorter than 3 inches. She lost at least 5-6 inches. With her hair being super curly, I didn’t notice until today how badly cut it was. I straightened her hair and it is A TOTAL HACK JOB!!! One side is so much shorter than the other. (If I can figure out how to post a picture I will, otherwise maybe I can on Facebook) I am so disappointed in that place for doing this. I haven’t even straightened my hair to see the damage. I am afraid to!! Oh, did I mention that the mother did not have a cosmetologist (or whichever license hairdressers have) license hanging on display like the daughter did? Isn’t that mandatory for them to display licenses? I will never go back there again. BUYER BEWARE!
