If I could give 0, I would. This place is UNPROFESSIONAL. I made an appointment, paid my deposit, and 20 minutes before my appointment? The stylists texts me to tell me she’s not there and forgot to block her schedule. No offer to reschedule, no solutions, nothing. When asked about how to get my deposit, I was directed to the owner. Who I called several times with no response. This is also an important appointment as my wedding dress fitting is the next day. You really try to support your people and their business, and this kind of issue makes it REALLY hard to do so. Terrible.
