Had my first hair appointment for wash and retwist. The lady that washes the hair needs improvement. I was disappointed in that I had to ask her to wash my entire head. She initially didn’t wash my shaved sides and back. That is part of my head which needs to be shampooed as well. Now, Dee is the truth when it comes to loc maintenance and loc education. I’m a happy customer.
