Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame in for an acrylic soak off, the man (didn’t get a name) spoke to me twice in 30 minutes, was rude when he did. He was also very rough, the tool flew out of his hand twice & hit my natural nail several times. When my nails were soaking he was on his phone or looking at it the entire time. My nails look AWFUL, i could have ripped them off for the same experience. Came in for an acrylic soak off, the man (didn’t get a name) spoke to me twice in 30 minutes, was rude when he did. He was also very rough, the tool flew out of his hand twice & hit my natural nail several times. When my nails were soaking he was on his phone or looking at it the entire time. My nails look AWFUL, i could have ripped them off for the same experience. Do not waste your money here.

Critical: QualityStopped in on my way home and was excited that there was no wait. Got a full set put on and the lady wasn’t very talkative which is fine, she didn’t have to talk to me. She started working on my nails and she couldn’t stop staring out the window at I guess was her husband on the phone. My nail shaping was horrible. The nail tips them self covered like they was suppose too. The polish and acrylic did not cover my full nail. I didn’t complain as that is a down fall for my self. I learned why the place was empty. They rush doing your nails and don’t care about the out come of their work. I personally will not be back. I wish I would have read reviews before going in. I wasted $55 for some nails that I took off. I pray they do better, the shop is in the perfect location and close to my home. She said they had been in business for 6 years. I don’t see them making it another with the type of service they offer. Good luck Embrace Spa Nails. Stopped in on my way home and was excited that there was no wait. Got a full set put on and the lady wasn’t very talkative which is fine, she didn’t have to talk to me. My full set is Not all the same shape, not all straight, and didn’t even put the polish where my skin meets my nail, left glue and tons of polish all over my hands! Litteraly done my set in 20min. Which clearly didn’t take her time. I’ve tried to explain this to the workers about my nails. It being how I shows them. but they completely ignored me and wanted me to pay, I’ve never in my life had this bad of experience with nails! First photo I wanted just the gold and the purplish color. This is by far THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO! My full set is Not all the same shape, not all straight, and didn’t even put the polish where my skin meets my nail, left glue and tons of polish all over my hands! Litteraly done my set in 20min. Which clearly didn’t take her time. I’ve tried to explain this to the workers about my nails. It being how I shows them. but they completely ignored me and wanted me to pay, I’ve never in my life had this bad of experience with nails! First photo I wanted just the gold and the purplish color. And second and third photo is what I got… wow… that’s all I can say.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI asked the nail tech not to put anything on my pinkie because my nail bed was exposed and she said “it’s better covered” and continued to glue on a tip and file onto my exposed nail bed and continued to put acrylic on as I was bleeding. She also put a tip on that was hanging off of the side of my finger and I asked her to put one on that fit and she said that it would be fine after she put the acrylic on. One of my nails is diagonal off of my finger. They’re uneven, thick and about a quarter inch away from my cuticle. I gave her multiple chances to fix her mistakes but she kept telling me I was wrong. She also gave my friend sns nails and they were incredibly thick. I asked the nail tech not to put anything on my pinkie because my nail bed was exposed and she said “it’s better covered” and continued to glue on a tip and file onto my exposed nail bed and continued to put acrylic on as I was bleeding.
