Positive: PunctualityAll I can say is perfection!!! This was my very first time being at Embrace and I can say I wasn’t at all disappointed. My stylish bre really did and awesome job on my hair. The owner also was very attentive and make sure that my stylish was doing everything I wanted and asked for. I looked my hair and I’ve receive many compliments on my hair. Also upon retwisting my hair, I didn’t experience discomfort at all. I am making this my place from here on how to retwist and style my locs. Again thanks Enbrace and you guys now how a new customer. All I can say is perfection!!! This was my very first time being at Embrace and I can say I wasn’t at all disappointed. My stylish bre really did and awesome job on my hair. The owner also was very attentive and make sure that my stylish was doing everything I wanted and asked for. I looked my hair and I’ve receive many compliments on my hair. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueThis lady stayed on the phone the entire time gossiping. I went for a interloc she told me she would interloc and palm roll, however she only interlocked my dreads. My hair looked so fizzy and unprofessional. I hate gossip!!! Unprofessional find another hairstylist. I cried so hard I felt she purposely tried to make me feel ugly. My tears will not go in vain Karma is real. This lady stayed on the phone the entire time gossiping. I went for a interloc she told me she would interloc and palm roll, however she only interlocked my dreads. Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, Valuecame in for a loc retwist. she was very ready and waiting for me as soon as I arrived. including wash and dryer time the whole process took just over 2 hours whereas I’ve sat with others retwisting my hair alone took over 2 hrs. came out great. I’ll definitely be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had an appointment at 11. When I arrived I notified the girl at the front booth that I was there to see Chate. She yelled from the back that she would be right with me. I drove an hour to get a silk press. I’ve never been here and never will return. At 11:30, I notified Chate that I was leaving. I had an appointment at 11. When I arrived I notified the girl at the front booth that I was there to see Chate. She yelled from the back that she would be right with me. I drove an hour to get a silk press. I’ve never been here and never will return. At 11:30, I notified Chate that I was leaving. She did not apologize for not getting to me or anything.
