Brae is a California Certified Massage Therapist and Somatic Movement Educator. Embody Alchemy offers complementary health services, including massage therapy, somatic integration, holistic bodywork and spiritual counseling. Through the tools of Tui Na massage, Acupressure, Medical Qi Gong, and Somatic Movement Therapy, working with Brae, one can address emotional and physical issues, including trauma effects, insomnia, indigestion, anxiety, depression, fertility, postpartum, stress and chronic pain syndromes, and general health recovery.

As a fellow bodyworker, I am pretty picky about quality of experience. Brae, owner of Embody Alchemy, is a true professional-she had a lovely “bedside manner”. She is attentive and her touch is confident and caring. I came away from my first session feeling better than I had in a long time. It’s wonderful to find a practitioner who is as skilled and caring as Brae. I will be recommending some of my own clients to see her as well as scheduling another session for myself. Her office is easy to get to, on the ground floor and a lovely, healing environment. I highly recommend working with Brae.
