I was very disappointed in the service I received. Not only did my stylist (Janay) create an additional cost on $110 after she got done, even though she told me it was $225 total initially, but I also did not receive the type of service I would expect for $325 (sew in). Even though I had my hair wash, conditioned, and blow dried prior to my arrival, I sat and waited for at least 4 hours. The entire shop what unclean (specifically the bath room) and there was an unprofessional atmosphere. I will NOT be returning.

Critical: ProfessionalismI came at 8:05 for a slick ponytail it took her almost 3 hours to finish! Very unprofessional! Raven never is on time when she does my hair. Not friendly at all. I’m a white Male in need of a hair cut badly due to Covid 19. When I first walked in they just looked at me, then told me they were to busy to cut my hair. They directed me to the corner at a barber that was closed. Went back and they had locked the door. This was around 1 PM. If you’re of color this might be an OK place, but if you’re white, never come here. Gave them 1 star because you can’t give a 1/4 star.
