Horrible experience for me as well as my daughter as shown below in pictures. As you can see my wig the screen part of the wig that is supposed to be melted and invisible is very visible! It’s giving screen door and that is not the look I envisioned or was going for at all! My daughter requested tribal braids half and half as you can see the front half is braided back wayyyy too far, ends were not dipped, and their is white residue where the edges are! The shop is beautiful but the quality of work does not match the environment whatsoever! I’ve since learned that the owner Shannon is not licensed which explains the work quality. I’ve had my hair done in one’s kitchen and received better quality for less the price! I will not be returning and give mine and my daughter’s experience 1 star DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Don’t believe the negative reviews or 1 *!!!! Trust me when I say professional and you will not be disappointed. I booked with Shannon for her large knotless $100 special. My experience was the best! The salon is very very nice, professional, and clean. Great atmosphere! The location was very safe with ample parking spaces. I didn’t realize the wash was included, but heard that her shampoo is amazing and will def. take the offer on my next visit. Shannon is a fast braider and my hair looked amazing. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Her parting is the best for braids and I received many compliments. I will def return….soon.
