I have been coming to this tanning salon for over 6 months and have developed a great natural tan. All of the staff here is very professional, friendly and very helpful for all of your tanning needs. The pricing is fair and reasonable considering all the various tanning level bed options they have. I highly recommend coming to this tanning salon if you want stellar customer service and a nice, natural looking tan!

I would give this place a 10 of I could. I hope her boss reads this but please give Amia a raise. Here is my story, I was a member at a competitor and yesterday I lost my mom, I know your like what does that have to do with tanning, well I’m the one dealing with it all, walking my dad thru paperwork, advising family, friends etc. Anyways I needed away I needed time for me and what better way than to tan. I went to my normal place and they were so rude and heartless. I forgot my ID they know me, they know who I am but would not let me tan, even though a few days before they did without my ID. They were so rude and nasty I walked out crying they bounced on my already fragile nerve. Well on a whim I came here and Amia was amazing!! She helped me and I got my 12 min to myself to mediate away from others and work on my tan. I left feeling ready to tackle the rest of the day. When I get back into town you have a new member for life!! I’m willing to pay more for compassion

The equipment is great and the staff is nice. However, I pay $130 monthly for the use of their services. The business says they open at 10am. I arrive at 10:05 and nobody is here. It’s now 10:10. Some of us actually have work schedules that we need to arrive to on time. Definitely planning on cancelling my membership here. Probably shouldn’t have such high prices when people can’t even get the service they’re paying for.

I had a Kentucky Derby party to attend at the princess and if you have ever been to one of these parties you know it’s like the real housewives where everyone is judging you. I am so pale and I burnt myself the weekend before the party and went to embassy tanning based on their awesome reviews And I couldn’t be happier. They were professional and detail oriented and no one knew I had a spray tan. Everyone complimented on how well I must tan. It was perfect and I’m very happy. When I went to work on Monday my coworkers thought I got some really good sun this weekend!!

Don’t waste your money they are three times the cost of any other tanning salon . And the bulbs are extremely old . The owner does not change them her staff even verified her customers keep saying the same thing and she refused to change bulbs . So basically you’re laying under bulbs and paying150-200 a month . Throwing your money way . Bulbs will be out for months before she even replaces them .

Been tanning and getting my custom airbrush tans and Tanning lotions at Embassy Tanning Salon for several years now and I will continue to do so. They always have the best customer service, and the top of the line Tanning products! I really enjoy Tanning at a Salon that cares about your skin and cares about me and helping me look and feeling the best that I can. I’ve had their custom airbrush spray tan done a couple times and I have never been happier with the outcome (always natural looking tan)
