I was waiting 30 min before I got helped. My appointment was at 9. I was scheduled for a hair transplant consultation but it was more of a recommendation session where she really didn’t feel like answering my questions. She has an attitude and wasn’t friendly. Lady who was the owner recommended I needed 1800 graphs in total where every other hair transplant clinic I have been to said they will try to put 800 since the area is too small to transplant more hair into. If you are looking for a place that only looks at you as a $ sign. You’ll love this place. This is my true experience.

I go to Embassy for Botox and Chemical Peels and could not be happier with my results. I get tons of compliments on my skin. They are incredibly patient and make you feel comfortable during the treatments. Not to mention, very knowledgeable and professional. I have visited the Studio twice and have been very, very happy with the results. I have had Juvederm and Botox injections. The new nurse, Abby, is outstanding. I was concerned that she might not be as good as the person I went to last time but she is better! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. Hooray! very bad place they know nothing, i went to Embassy studio, on April 1st for a new hair piece. they told me they will put a lace front on for $900 dollars, but they couldn’t get the piece to hold so they switched it to a all ploy piece, i was fine with it, but the piece kept coming off every couple days and i had to get it re-bonded, so a month later after 6 bonds and several 100 dollars, i went on vacation and the piece came off so i went to a local hair salon and they used the right bond and the piece is still on 4 weeks later. i can swim, workout and shower in. if you are reading this save your self and go to a different place

Embassy Studios’s is an AMAZING! I was referred to them by Northestern Hospital while my mother was going through Chemotheropy. Embassy made us feel comfortable and welcome while going through a VERY difficult time. My mother was extremely satisfied with the all the services they provided. Really terrible servies. Guys, never waste your money on this studio! The products they sell for hair loss: stuart edmondson, are all available online at a 60% price lower than what they sold. OMG, I was a customer for 6 months until I found the products they sold to me is 1.5 higher price than the producer’s price. For example, the Shampoo and Conditioner they sold me is 75 for each, in total $150, online in total is $67. I called them up, asking why they sold to me much higher, they said well, because there’s other services they provided including scalp examination, however, the first time they told me is all the scalp examination is free and the 150 is only for the products. What a lier! I never got my money back, and I won’t use their services any more.
